Terms of Service

  • 1. To use the services of the service provider, the user must understand and accept all terms and conditions of the service provider.
  • 2. The service provider is the Central Islamic Council of Thailand, the sole Halal standard certification authority in Thailand through the website www.thic.or.th.
  • 3. By using the services, the user acknowledges that the service provider considers the user to have understood and accepted all terms and conditions from the beginning of service usage.
  • 4. You must register by providing accurate, complete, and current information. If the information provided is not truthful, www.thic.or.th reserves the right to suspend services to you immediately.
  • 5. The user acknowledges that www.thic.or.th provides Halal product certification services for the purposes of applying for certification, renewal, or cancellation, and for checking the status of products applying for Halal certification from the Central Islamic Council of Thailand.
  • 6. The service provider may publish information on the website www.halalthai.or.th for public relations purposes and for verifying the status of Halal-certified products in Thailand.
  • 7. In cases where the user fills in information for certification application, addition, renewal, or cancellation within the website www.thic.or.th, if the procedures specified by the service provider are not completed within 90 days, the data will be immediately deleted from the system, and re-registration will be required if the user wishes to proceed.
  • 8. Members accept changes to various features in terms of development and new version updates, including adding or removing features, improving user interface methods, enhancing system security, etc., for both the website and other service improvements.
  • 9. The user understands and accepts that the use of internet services may cause direct or indirect damage from defects or failures of any equipment, data systems, or network connections, loss of data during transmission, or anything beyond the control of the service provider, and the user agrees not to claim any damages from the service provider.
  • 10. If the user fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this service agreement, the service provider reserves the right to revoke membership and may terminate services immediately without prior notice. The decision to revoke membership is at the discretion of the website administrators, which may be based on complaints from affected parties.
  • 11. The service provider reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions as deemed appropriate without prior notice.
